Children’s School Holiday Workshop: Mask Making

Though a smaller group this time around – Ballarat’s cold Winter weather – there were some great and very creative masks made at yesterday’s children’s school holiday workshop.

Mask making is so interpretative… and the extremes went from one eyed monsters through to bunnys!

There will be another children’s workshop next school holidays, but remember there is also an after school children’s class on Wednesday afternoons. Click here for more information or here to enrol 🙂

Children’s School Holiday Workshop: Wednesday 10th July 2013

It’s that time again…. the mid year school holidays are looming, and in Ballarat it can be so hard to go out and do stuff – because it is so cold!

SOLUTION:  A ClayMotion INDOOR HEATED STUDIO WORKSHOP!

Children’s School Holiday Workshop : Mask Making

Wednesday 10th July 2013 2-4PM $30.00

Children will make a life sized clay mask inspired by tribal designs. Imprinting, applied design and stamping will be explored to
create the masks. They will then be painted with coloured slip (liquid clay). Masks will be fired and parents contacted when they
are  ready to pick up.

Cost is $30.00 per child and includes all materials and firing.

Numbers are limited, so book early!!
