ClayMotion is offering a great January school holiday program, including pottery, mosaics and drawing …. get the kids creative, off their phones and expand their minds with a huge creativity plunge.

The pottery program includes monsters, fantasy, log cabins and farm animals. The mosaic program includes flowers, birds and yachts. While the drawing includes wolves and dolphins.

What’s not to love and feel inspired by…. and of course parents are welcome to enrol and join in.

All the dates and times of the classes are available in the ENROLMENTS category, and you can enrol online there also, or call me to enrol over the phone if that is more preferable.

So join us for two weeks of fun and creativity – enrol in one class or a few!

We had a small group for yesterdays school holiday program mosaics class, which was a mum and her two children, and it was their first outing after regional Victoria moving to step 3… I feel so honoured they chose ClayMotion as their first adventure! And what a great job they did of creating mosaic pictures of their initials

Next week we have another great line-up of holiday classes and there are still limited places available with 4 vacancies in DRAWING and 2 places available in POTTERY CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS and 6 places available in ACYLIC POURING

The mosaic Christmas Decorations workshop is fully booked.

This morning during the school holiday drawing class we learnt to draw a dragon…. and they look fantastic! ??? Well done everyone!

During next weeks school holidays in Ballarat drawing class we will learn to draw a deep sea angler fish…. you can ENROL here

School Holiday Program in Ballarat starts next week

School Holiday Program in Ballarat starts next week

YAY!!
We are back to face to face for the upcoming school holiday program in Ballarat and term four adults and children’s classes.

Everything will be a little different with limited numbers due to physical distancing (extra classes will be scheduled if needed), hygiene protocols and our covid safe plan in place. This plan includes no communal towels, aprons or drink vessels, so please bring your own drink bottle, aprons and hand towel (paper towels are available).

WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE ALL THE HAPPY FACES!

These school holidays we are offering pottery, mosaics, acrylic pouring and drawing. As usual parents are welcome to enrol and join in the fun.

Ballarat School Holiday Program Starts This Week

Ballarat School Holiday Program Starts This Week

The Ballarat School Holiday Program starts tomorrow and we are excited about starting face to face classes again!

We are offering pottery, mosaics and acrylic pouring.

Hygiene measures are in place with hand sanitiser being dispensed as the children enter the front shop, and no communal drinking mugs (bring your own drink bottle) or communal towels. Paper towels are available for clean up at the end of class.

Places are limited due to physical distancing protocols so I have put on a few extra classes to meet demand…. following are the vacancies left for classes :

June 30 pottery 1.30-3.30 3 vacancies
July 1 mosaics 10.30-12.30 4 vacancies
July 2 acrylic pouring 10.30-11.30 6 vacancies
July 7 pottery 1.30-3.30 1 vacancy
July 8 mosaics 10.30-12.30 2 vacancies
July 8 pottery 1.30-3.30 2 vacancies
July 9 acrylic pouring 1p.30-11.30 4 vacancies

I recommend booking as soon as possible as I won’t be adding any additional times.

July School Holiday Program – pottery, mosaics and acrylic pouring

YAY!!
We are back to face to face for the upcoming July school holiday program and term three.
Everything will be a little different with limited numbers of six per class (extra classes will be scheduled if needed), physical distancing and hygiene protocols in place.

We are offering pottery, mosaics and acrylic pouring over the two weeks on the following schedule:

Tuesday June 30 – Pottery: colourful sea aquariums
Wednesday July 1 – Mosaics: garden theme picture
Thursday July 2 – Acrylic Pouring

Tuesday July 7 – Pottery: coil pencil holders
Wednesday July 8 – Mosaics: ocean theme picture
Thursday July 8 – Acrylic Pouring

Because class numbers are limited they may fill quickly, so I recommend booking as early as possible.

January School Holiday Program in Ballarat – one week to go!

The first week of the January School Holiday program here in Ballarat is almost over and what a blast it has been and we are super excited about next week!

But before next week we have a “Have a go at the Pottery Wheel Drop in Day” this Saturday – drop in anytime between 10.30-3.30 and throw a pot! All ages welcome – as long as your feet can reach the pedal, but if they can’t the little ones can always sit at the bench and have a Make an Animal experience. $15 includes clay, tuition and kiln firing.

Then next week we have morning workshops with Pottery Fantasy Creatures on Tuesday, Wednesday Mosaics and Thursday Acrylic Pouring – suitable for children 7+ and parents are also welcome to enrol and join in.

The craft corner is open every afternoon, and all day Fridays for some crafty fun – again suitable for all the family. No booking required.

And on the final Saturday of the school holidays there is another drop in day and we are doing acrylic pouring – choose from two sizes – 15cmx15cm = $15 or 20cmx25cm = $25 includes all materials and tuition. No booking required.

Happy New Year ClayMotioners and I hope you had a great Christmas too!

It is with a heavy heart that I write this blog post in the wake of the catastrophic bushfires throughout Australia, but hopefully the January School Holiday Program will bring some relief and happiness into peoples lives.

We have a great program lined up for the last two weeks of January with both Workshops and Drop in Days suitable for all ages.

Term One is Almost Over – where did the time go?

What a crazy busy term! And what a great range of classes we have offered this term at ClayMotion!
